Moira Brouillard’s vision for Earthly Roots Hair Studio is to create a relaxing environment while, with every step, keeping in mind what her impact is on our planet. Most everything you see in the studio is recycled or reused. The products she carries are free of toxic synthetic fragrance chemicals. They are not tested on animals and most are vegan. She also uses non-ammonia hair color and herbal henna hair dye.

Lori Batchelder, Organic Color Specialist / Hairstylist, began her education at Empire Beauty School in 2003 and earned certificates of achievement in color design, perm design, hair sculpture and hair design. While at Empire she also enjoyed styling models hair and makeup for fall & Halloween fashion shows. She loves working with people and helping them to feel good with a new look or simply helping them maintain what they already love.

Lori joined Earthly Roots in 2013. During Lori’s first year at the salon, she has worked as Moira’s assistant. Lori has really begun to perfect her craft. She especially enjoys cutting and all aspects of color. She has taken classes in NYC for hair color and has become certified in Organic Color Systems. She continues to perfect her skills and expand her knowledge in all facets of the industry.
