Giovanni Paolini of East Boston, Massachusetts has been surrounded by rich Italian culture his entire life. His mother Josephine is from Sicily and his father is from Abruzzo. Giovanni started his restaurant experience in 1979 as a dishwasher in Boston’s famous North End. He proved himself and made his way into the kitchen as chef. Giovanni is proudly serving excellent meals in his own restaurant at an affordable price. “It’s all about how much you care,” he says. “The more you do...the better the product.”
