Aimee DeRoehn trained extensively and humbly with Baron Baptiste, Gregor Singleton, Gayle Hannan, Claire Estes McDonald, Brandon Compagnone, Sean Corn, and Mimi Loureiro. She has over 700 hours of training, 300+ of which were completed in 2013 at BPYI, completing Art of Assist as well as levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Baptiste program. She has been teaching for 12 years.

In addition to yoga, she also has an extensive energy medicine background. Her skills and certifications include Reiki, metaphysics, chakra study, self-realization, and personal empowerment with Gayle Hannan of Hannan Healing Arts. Gayle is certified in energy medicine as a Barbara Brennan practitioner & Reiki Master. She has also studied various levels of Shamanism with famous author, intuitive Amy Leigh Mercree, and mediumship with James Van Praagh. She has a certification from Polarity Therapist, Lisa Russel in RYSE founded by Nancy Risley.
