Whether it’s a child celebrating the first day of summer or the elite ballerina performing Swan Lake, it’s something that can be enjoyed by participants and observers alike. We’ve got several opportunities for your child to have fun and learn about dance at one of the state’s top dance schools with today’s deal.

Each camp has it’s own special qualities and all are designed for specific age groups and experience levels. The Princess Fairytale Camps and Rising Stars Camps are both taught by the Academy's Brittany Freeman, and the Summer Dance Intensive Camp is taught by the Academy's Director, Belinda Bridgeman.
The Princess Fairytale Camps (campers 2-7 years old) are for the little ones out there that want to become real princesses! Campers will enjoy dancing with a princess, pizza party, special arts and crafts project, etiquette classes, and performing for their family and friends at the end of the week to show what they learned!
The Rising Stars Camps (campers 4-10 years old) are for either the aspiring performer or those who enjoy dancing for fun! At the Academy's “Rising Stars” Camp, campers will learn different styles of dance, beginning tumbling, introduced to musical theater and acting, public speaking, themed fun days, pizza party, splish and splash outside, special arts and crafts project, and performing for their family and friends at the end of the week to show what they learned!
The Summer Dance Intensive Camp is for dancers Ages 10 and up with a minimum of two years of dance experience. Training will include intermediate to advanced jump combinations, pirouettes, barre and floor work. Dance variations instructed from “Swan Lake”, “Don Quixote”, just to name a few. The dance intensive will provide a total dance company experience as well as classes in jazz, baton, pro-cheer, lyrical, hip-hop, tap, Pilates, modern, and public speaking. Taught .
Belinda Bridgeman is the driving force behind this popular dance studio. An accomplished dancer and model, she is the only woman to represent her state in three nationally televised pageants: Miss America, Miss U.S.A. and Mrs. America. She has performed in Europe and Asia - entertaining service troops all over the globe with the Miss America USO Show. She is also a former New England Patriots Cheerleader, member of the Delaware State Ballet Company, Delaware Regional Ballet Company, Jeanette Neil Dancers and Danny Sloane Dancers - just to name a few. Her modeling career has been equally successful with many print and commercial opportunities. Formerly with the Hart Agency of Boston and New England Models Group of Manchester, she currently represents herself along with her student/clients with her new venture, Belinda Bridgeman's Pageant & Modeling Academy which has become a real success!
Brittany Freeman has been dancing at BBAD for the past 21 years and has trained in classical ballet, pointe, jazz, hip-hop, tap, and lyrical. She also trained for 15 years as a competitive figure skater. She is a former Manchester Monarchs All Star Skater, Boston Bruins Ice Girl, Miami Dolphins Cheerleader, and Florida Panthers Ice Dancer. She has been accomplished in the pageant world as well. Her pageant titles include: Miss New Hampshire Teen USA, Miss Miami Gardens USA, Miss Hollywood USA, and is the current Miss Gate City and represented Nashua and BBAD at the Miss New Hampshire Pageant April 28-30, 2011 at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH. She is now the Choreographer and on the Board of Directors for the Miss Merrimack Scholarship Program.
