Many of our members have been asking us to run a deal with La Carreta again, one of the Granite State’s most popular, high quality restaurants. At this point, we’re thinking that most of you have stopped reading this and have already purchased a few vouchers. But, just in case you’re new around here or, inexplicably, have never heard of La Carreta, here are a few more details:
New Hampshire residents love La Carreta for two main reasons - high quality, authentic Mexican cuisine and the most delicious margaritas in town.
Unlike the big chain restaurants that purport to serve Mexican food, La Carreta doesn’t just throw a few corn chips on a plate with canned salsa or put some spicy hamburger in a wrap and call it a taco. This food is the REAL DEAL (see menu). Just try the Chile Autentico – Poblano peppers stuffed with cheese and your choice of chicken, ground beef, or beef tips all covered with a mild green sauce and served with a side of rice and beans. Or perhaps enjoy the Pollo Ranchero – grilled marinated chicken covered with cheese, ranchero sauce, grilled onions and mushrooms and combined with rice, beans, and two flour tortillas. And of course no meal at La Carreta would be complete without one of their special house margaritas or sangria!
